Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Timeline:

Most products purchased from Fashenic are dispatched within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please get in touch with us at info@fashenic.com.

Shipping Costs:

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders, making it easy and predictable for our customers. Free shipping promotions may also be available from time to time.

Courier Services:

We partner with respected courier services such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and Skynet Worldwide to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. Delivery is typically completed within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Taxes & Duties:

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. Fashenic is not responsible for these fees.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped or has reached your country’s customs, cancellations are not possible, and you will need to go through our return process instead. 

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized products are not suitable for returns.

How to Return:

To return an item, please get in touch with us at info@fashenic.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@fashenic.com.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if there is a sizing issue due to an error. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please get in touch with us at info@fashenic.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Ensure the item is returned in original condition, with all packaging intact.

Gifts

If the item you received was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the gift was not marked as such, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for more expensive items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking service.

Product Inspection

Before dispatching your order, we will email you images of the product for your approval. If you agree, we will proceed with shipping your product. Otherwise, it will not be sent. If the item you received is damaged or incorrect in size due to an error on our part, please get in touch with us for a return or exchange. Ensure the product is in its original condition and that all packaging, including boxes, is intact when sending it back; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
